The use of this website and the making of purchases through the Selini online store presupposes the acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions.

2. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the website and to all orders placed through our platform, covering:

• Purchase of spa services

• Purchase of physical beauty and wellness products

• Purchase of online training and e-books

3. Prices and Payments

All prices are indicated in euros (€) and include VAT at the legal rate in force.
Accepted payment methods include:

• Credit/Debit Card

• Shopify Payments

• Other secure options integrated into the platform

The order will be processed after payment confirmation.

4. Booking Services

The purchase of services requires prior appointment.
The client may:

• Book directly through the website (when available)

• Be contacted by the team to confirm date and time

Failure to appear without 24 hours' notice may result in the loss of the amount paid , except in exceptional situations that are duly justified.

5. Online Training and E-books

When purchasing online training or e-books:

• Access is personal, confidential and non-transferable.

• It is prohibited to share, resell or redistribute the contents

• Due to the digital nature, the right of return does not apply after accessing the content.

6. Shipping of Products

Physical products are shipped within an average period of 2 to 5 working days , unless out of stock.
Selini is not responsible for delays attributable to delivery services.
In case of product unavailability, the customer will be informed and may choose between replacement, credit or refund.

7. Cancellation Policy

• Scheduled services can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the session , without penalty.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or failure to show up will result in the loss of the amount paid.

• Selini may reschedule or cancel services in exceptional cases, notifying the customer in advance.

8. Refund Policy

8.1 Physical products

The customer can return the product within 14 days , provided that:

• The product is intact, with no signs of use

• In original packaging and accompanied by the invoice

The refund will be made using the same payment method, after receiving and checking the product.
Return costs are borne by the customer , unless there is an error or defect attributable to Selini.

8.2 Services

Services are non-refundable once they have been provided.
In case of early cancellation (24 hours in advance), the amount may be:

• Refunded

• Held as credit for new booking

8.3 Online training and e-books

As this is digital content delivered electronically , there is no right to a refund once access has been granted.

9. Intellectual Property

All Selini brand content (texts, images, videos, training, e-books) is protected by copyright.
Its reproduction, sharing or commercial use without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

10. Responsibility

Selini is committed to providing quality services and products, but is not responsible for:

• Individual reactions to products or treatments

• Results different from those expected, when recommendations are not followed

• Results vary from person to person, as each organism reacts uniquely to each treatment or product.

• Improper use of purchased products

The customer can use the European Union's online dispute resolution platform:
